1) The Cyber Secure Car conference on June 14, 2016 in Munich, Germany draws automotive and security experts, including leading global automakers, system suppliers, semiconductor manufacturers, and specialist IT security companies, to discuss the increasing need for improvement in engineering safety, cyber security and privacy as connected cars’ prevalence in the automotive industry continues to grow. Among other distinguished speakers, HARMAN’s Micha Rave will discuss next generation automotive platforms that reduce costs and enhance security. Attendees will hear about the benefits of OTA software updates as they increase safety and security for drivers, and enable manufacturing efficiencies for the OEM.
 
2) In Ludwigsburg, Germany on June 14 and 15, HARMAN’s Rudolf Stokar and Frank Oswald will be exhibiting Redbend offerings at the 20th Advances in Automotive Electronics Specialist Congress. Key electronic engineering decision-makers and supplier and service provider companies in the automotive industry will come together to connect on key trends including electromobility, architectures, automotive cyber security, ADAS, autonomous driving, infotainment systems and the connected car.
 
3) At the AISEN NXP Tech Workshop taking place on June 14 and 15 in Glasgow, HARMAN’s Richard Kinder will be exhibiting HARMAN offerings and speaking on the topic of secure and efficient OTA updating of the entire car.
